Of larger dimensions, Classic Chairs' Kensington Console has all the flair and panache of the original smaller model. 
The hand carved monopedia are a tribute to the carvers' art - each carved from one piece of solid hardwood, then gilded with gold leaf, hand polished and hand waxed to give a mellow finish like the original. 
From saw cut cross banding on the base to the concealed drawers in the frieze, the detail of the original console has been faithfully copied and our team of craftsmen are very proud of the finished result. The back is mirrored and the colour of the marble top can be specified. A polished wooden back can be supplied to special order as can a pleated silk panel in any colour is also available. The Kensington console table is particularly useful as a hall table or as a serving table. Equally at home in the drawing room. It will always be admired.
